RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
- Introduction
At Dealique, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is enjoyable and satisfying. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return items you’ve purchased. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items bought on Dealique. Please take the time to read and understand these terms. This policy also highlights instances where we may not accept returns or offer refunds. - Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
Sellers on Dealique typically allow returns for most items within 7 days of delivery, and within 15 days of delivery for Official Store items only (the returns period). Returns cannot be accepted after the returns period has elapsed. Please note that your legal rights against the seller remain unaffected.You can return items purchased on Dealique within the returns period for the following reasons:- Changed Your Mind: Applicable to all product categories except those that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, events, tickets, and software
- Size Is Correct But Doesn’t Fit as Expected: Applicable to clothing and shoes only.
- Item Stopped Working Well After Usage: Applicable to all product categories except clothing, sport & fitness, and consumables.
- Item Received Broken or Defective: Applicable to all product categories.Packaging Was Damaged: Applicable to all product categories.
- Item Received with Missing Parts or Accessories: Applicable to all product categories.
- Item Received Used or Expired: Applicable to all product categories except software.
- Item Seems to Be Fake/Unauthentic: Applicable to all product categories.
- Wrong Item/Color/Size/Model: Applicable to all product categories.
- Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain product categories cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons, potential rapid deterioration or expiration, or if you’ve changed your mind. You may only return and request a refund for these items if you received the wrong item, a damaged or defective item, or a fake or inauthentic item. Customized items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival or significantly different from what was ordered. Items that you have damaged after delivery are also not eligible for returns, except when an item stops working or becomes damaged or defective after reasonable use during the returns period (except for specific product categories). - Packaging Returns
When returning an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please package them securely to prevent damage. Do not include any unrelated items in the return packaging, and ensure all personal data is deleted from the item to prevent data breaches. - Refunds
If we accept your return or if you order an item but do not receive it, we aim to refund the purchase price within the specified time frame mentioned on the return timelines page. For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you will also be refunded the full cost of delivery once your return is processed. If the return is not due to an error on our part or the seller’s part (e.g., you changed your mind), you will not receive a refund for delivery fees. The refund request form will provide information about available payment methods for receiving refunds. - Rejected Return and Refund Requests and Forfeiture
All items are inspected upon return to verify the reasons provided for the return. If your return request is not approved, you will not receive a refund of the purchase price or delivery fees. We will make two attempts to redeliver the item within 3 business days. If both attempts are unsuccessful, we will hold the item for an additional 30 days from the initial notification date. After this period, if you do not collect the item, it will become Dealique’s property, and we may dispose of it as we see fit (e.g., by sale, charitable donation, recycling, or destruction). - No Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. - Further Information
